“Wait, Paige, you’re actually putting a fashion post up on your lifestyle blog?” I realize it’s been a while since I’ve posted any style content and I want to apologize for that. The truth is, I’m super (and unnecessarily!) picky when it comes to blog photos. A lot of the time I plan to write fashion posts, but then end up scrapping them because I’m dissatisfied with the way the pictures turn out. I know that’s not a very good excuse, but it’s the honest truth.

Anyways, today I bringing a quick OOTD post for you all featuring one of my all-time favorite dresses. This stylish number comes from the brand Emerald Sundae. It’s a navy pinstripe shirtdress that I love to wear during the warmer months. The fabric is lightweight and comfortable, which is wonderful for the summer season. Plus, it’s one of those great pieces that can be worn both dressy and casual.

For today’s outfit, I decided to dress up with a nice pair of cream wedges. I think this is a great way to balance out the laid-back look of the dress with something a bit more on the fancy side. I added this cute pair of over-sized sunglasses as well. I love how fun and retro the frames are.
