3 Brow Products That You Need In Your Life

Brows have been everything for the past several years, haven’t they? It seems like everyone (including me!) is constantly on the hunt for new brow products. For me, brows have been an especially big deal this month. I don’t know why, but I’ve really been in the mood to create bold, sculpted brows.

Since I’ve been experimenting with different brow products and techniques lately, I thought I would share some of my all-time favorite items today. I know I may have briefly talked about one or two of these products before, but that just goes to show how good they are. Also, I’m pretty picky when it comes to brow products, so these three are the ones I use on a regular basis.

Firstly, I’d like to discuss my holy grail, my be-all and end-all, my ride or die: the Anastasia Beverly Hills Brow WizWords can’t completely capture my love for this product. I’ve been using this pencil exclusively for years and not once have I thought about switching to something else. I actually have three of them at the moment. The Brow Wiz was one of Ulta’s sale items during the most recent twenty-one days of beauty and I couldn’t help myself. Needless to say, this product won’t be cycling out of my daily makeup routine any time soon.

While I know a lot of people prefer the Anastasia Dip Brow, I remain loyal to the Brow Wiz for a number of reasons. For one, it’s a pencil rather a pomade, which I find better for fast and simple application. Plus, it has a spooly on the other side, which makes it easier to to back and forth from penciling in to brushing through your eyebrows. Overall, I think it’s the better option if you’re looking for something quick and low maintenance.

The color of this product has nice, rich pigmentation. I use the shade “Medium Brown” and it matches my brows pretty well. The pencil also fills in sparse areas very naturally and doesn’t fade throughout the day. The only downside to the Brow Wiz is that it doesn’t come with a ton of product. Other than that, it’s a 10/10 for me.

Another product I’ve really been loving has been the Benefit Gimme Brow Volumizing Eyebrow Gel. Now I have naturally thicker eyebrows, so I use this as a touch-up product rather than for a full makeup look. I think it’s great if you’re on the go and you suddenly notice that you’re brows have faded. With it’s mascara-style spool, all you have to do is swipe this across your brows and ta-da, faded brows no more.

When I first picked up this product, one thing that really concerned me was the spooly brush applicator. I wasn’t sure how accurately it would cover up sparse areas. But this spooly is the perfect size for your eyebrows. It may not cover up each and every little sparse spot, but it gives a nice, full, and uniform look.

Lastly, I’ve been into the Chella Eyebrow Defining GelOddly enough, I’ve had a sample of this product since December, but I haven’t around to using it till this month. I’ve never been a big believer in eyebrow gel…that was until I used this one. This gel does a fantastic job of keeping your brows in place all day. Although the spooly is a little longer than I’d like, the product goes on smoothly and doesn’t feel too stiff or heavy.

Anyways, that concludes this post! I feel like it’s been a while since I’ve written a standard beauty favorites post. If there’s any other products you’d like to see posts for, feel free to let me know!

What are some of your favorite brow products?

Sincerely,

  1. Last year, I got the pomade and the Brow Wiz from ABH. I used the pomade to start off with but within the past couple of months, I realized I didn’t like how BAM my brows looked with it. I switched to the Brow Wiz and I am with you! That stuff is amazing, looks natural, and is easier to apply. I actually need to get a new one soon!

  2. I love the Convertible Brow from The BrowGal. I use that with the e.l.f. brow gel. Not much of a wiz when it comes to doing my brows so I keep it simple. Envious of those who have gorgeous brows!
