A Venture in the Snow

Hello all!

Today’s post will be a little different than anything else I’ve ever done, but I feel like the beginning of a new year is a good time for new things.

One of my main goals this year is to improve my blog photography. Looking back on some of my old posts, I can’t help but cringe at the terrible quality. The lighting and the layouts are dreadful. To rectify this issue, I’ve been working on my photography skills (or lack there of). I took some photos with my camera  (why did I feel the need to include that detail?) while I was outside the other day and I’m pretty happy with how they turned out. I may not care for winter, but I’m must admit it paves way for some gorgeous shots.

I hope you enjoy looking through these photos. Let me know if you’d like to see more images from my attempts at photography.

Thanks for reading.

Do you like taking blog photos, or do you see it as more of an annoyance?

Sincerely,

Paige

  1. I like your photos! Super pretty. And the part about taking photos with your camera made me LOL. I like taking photos for my blog, but I do feel frustration when the lighting is off or they’re not as aesthetically pleasing as stock images! It’s a battle because, while I like the “quality” taking my own photos gives to the blog, it’s time consuming!! 😦
