My favorite thing about style is that it tells a story. It’s a way for us to showcase a little piece of ourselves and share it with the universe. Clothes really represent our attitudes, our thoughts, our ideas, our passions, our beliefs, our interests. They convey messages and feelings.

With autumn now is full swing, I decided to wear a fall classic today: boots and tights. I paired this set of heeled booties with semi-sheer tights from Forever 21. To complete the fall look, I wore this Bohemian-style dress. I love how the red and black and brown encapsulate the spirit of fall. The printed pattern is also great for a casual September day.

I’ve had this string necklace for years and I honestly can’t remember where I bought. Strangely enough, I think it came with a t-shirt I wore when I was nine or ten. With an outfit like this, any long necklace will work swimmingly. It’s especially complementary if you find one that picks up on the colors of your dress.
